Pune, March 2026 — Aeronica Advance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. today announced that its Samrudhhi-10L agricultural UAV has received type certification from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The certification validates the platform's airworthiness, safety systems, and manufacturing quality.
Significance for Indian Agriculture
The Samrudhhi-10L is one of the first indigenously designed and manufactured drones to receive DGCA type certification. This milestone makes precision agriculture services more accessible to Indian farmers while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Next Steps
With DGCA certification secured, Aeronica is scaling production at its Pune facility and expanding its network of authorized service providers across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.
